A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to authorize the legislative research commission to study the issues regarding fraudulent internet degrees.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The Legislative Research Commission may study the issues regarding fraudulent Internet degrees and the current regulations, if any, regarding those degrees. The Commission may consider any issues relevant to this study.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
