Summary

The purpose of this legislation is to amend paragraph d, 4, Section 209 of the Civil Service Law, as amended by Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2003 to read: The provisions of this subdivision shall expire 30 years from July first, 1977 rather than 28 years from that date.
