Summary
The main goal of this bill is to enact a law (Student Athlete Free Enterprise act) that creates an exception and a protection from any rules promoted by a representing amateur athletics that would prohibit a student athlete from signing endorsement contracts, organization whose purpose serves to govern and/or promote intercollegiate athletics, from signing endorsement contracts and/or from selling any product which bears the name or likeness of such student athlete.
