Summary

The bill would require the Department of Health to monitor the lead levels in candy and to prohibit the sale or distribution of candy containing lead. Further, the bill would require the Department to monitor the levels of lead in soft vinyl lunch boxes and would regulate the sale of certain lunch boxes
