Summary

: To establish in law, an advisory committee to the metropolitan transportation authority (MTA) that coordinates the efforts of the three existing councils allowing for greater coordination and cohesiveness between the three advisory committees already established in law. Specifically adds advice on the capital plans to the duties of the three councils. Also this bill will ensure the continued funding and independence of these councils and the presently existing PCAC.
