Summary

Prohibits the operation of a motor vehicle with a video monitor that plays pre-recorded programming or other similar means of visually displaying a television broadcast or video signal that produces entertainment or business applications within view of the operator of such vehicle or where the monitor is located at any point forward of the back of the driver's seat; prevents distracted driving.
