Title

Requires owners of residential dwellings located in New York city to file a notice with the department charged with the responsibility for enforcement of the New York state uniform fire prevention and building code, containing the address and a description of such property as well as the name of owner or owners of the dwelling and their primary residence; requires notice where ownership changes or new officers of a corporate owner are elected.
