Summary
Provides that no person holding elected office in this state shall be given priority over healthcare workers, members of vulnerable populations, or first responders for purposes of receiving any vaccine against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) unless such elected official is a healthcare worker, member of a vulnerable population or a first responder, or otherwise qualifies as a member of a group to which priority in COVID-19 vaccination is given.
