Summary

Relates to prohibiting certain restaurants and food establishments from serving foods containing artificial trans fat; takes effect 180 days with respect to oils, shortenings and margarines containing artificial trans fat that are used for frying or in spreads and December 31, 2010 with respect to all other oils or shortenings used for deep frying of yeast dough or cake batter and all other foods containing artificial trans fat.
