Bill Title: Requires each polling place shall have at least two voting booths which are designed to be used by elderly or disabled persons; such booths shall have a surface which is at a level permitting the voter to be seated and a chair shall be available and provided as needed for any voter who wishes to be seated while casting his or her ballot.
