Bill Title: Extends the provisions found in Section 3000-a of the Public Health Law (Good Samaritan Law) to any individual or non-profit organization who voluntarily and without expectation of monetary compensation renders first aid or emergency treatment to an individual who is suffering and/or has been infected with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
