        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  local finance law, in relation to the period of
          probable usefulness of additions to or conversions of class "C" build-
          ings
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Item  3 of clause (a) of subdivision 12 of paragraph a of
     2  section 11.00 of the local finance law, as amended by section 4 of  part
     3  A of chapter 93 of the laws of 2002, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (3)  The  construction  of  an  addition or additions to or the recon-
     5  struction of a class "C" building, whether or not such  construction  or
     6  reconstruction  includes  grading  or  improvement  of  the  site, [ten]
     7  fifteen years.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
