       AN ACT to amend the public authorities law,  in  relation  to  providing
         financing  and  construction  of  capital  facilities for Williamsburg
         Infant & Early Childhood Development Center, Inc.
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. The undesignated paragraph of paragraph (b) of subdivision
    2  2 of section 1676 of the public authorities law, as added by  a  chapter
    3  of  the  laws  of  2011  amending the public authorities law relating to
    4  providing financing and construction of capital facilities for Williams-
    5  burg Infant & Early Childhood Development Center, Inc., as  proposed  in
    6  legislative  bill  numbers  S.   3339 and A. 2440, is amended to read as
    7  follows:
    8    Williamsburg Infant [and] & Early Childhood Development  Center,  INC.
    9  at 22 Middleton Street, Brooklyn, New York.
   10    S  2.  The  undesignated paragraph of subdivision 1 of section 1680 of
   11  the public authorities law, as added by a chapter of the  laws  of  2011
   12  amending  the public authorities law relating to providing financing and
   13  construction of capital  facilities  for  Williamsburg  Infant  &  Early
   14  Childhood  Development  Center,  Inc.,  as  proposed in legislative bill
   15  numbers S.  3339 and A. 2440, is amended to read as follows:
   16    Williamsburg Infant [and] & Early Childhood Development  Center,  INC.
   17  at 22 Middleton Street, Brooklyn, New York.
   18    S  3.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
   19  manner as a chapter of the laws of 2011 amending the public  authorities
   20  law  relating to providing financing and construction of capital facili-
   21  ties for Williamsburg Infant & Early Childhood Development Center, Inc.,
   22  as proposed in legislative bill numbers  S.  3339  and  A.  2440,  takes
   23  effect.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
