          Committee on Governmental Employees

        AN ACT to  amend  the  civil  service  law,  in  relation  to  extending
          provisions related to public arbitration panels

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph (d) of subdivision 4 of section 209 of the  civil
     2  service law, as amended by section 1 of part F of chapter 55 of the laws
     3  of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (d)  The  provisions  of this subdivision shall expire July first, two
     5  thousand [twenty-four] twenty-nine.
     6    § 2. Paragraph (f) of subdivision  6  of  section  209  of  the  civil
     7  service law, as amended by section 2 of part F of chapter 55 of the laws
     8  of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
     9    (f)  The  provisions  of this subdivision shall expire July first, two
    10  thousand [twenty-four] twenty-nine.
    11    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
