        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including Casse  Lake,
          Gilead  Lake,  Gleneida  Lake,  and Kirk Lake in the town of Carmel as
          inland waterways for the purposes of waterfront revitalization

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 339, 462 and 591 of the laws
     3  of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (a)  the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball-
     5  ston, Big Tupper,  Black,  Campfire,  Canadarago,  Canandaigua,  Carmel,
     6  Casse,  Cazenovia,  Cayuga,  Champlain, Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua,
     7  Chazy, Conesus, Cranberry, Dean Pond (in the county  of  Putnam),  Drew,
     8  East  Caroga,  Dickiebusch, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George,
     9  Gilead, Glencoma, Gleneida, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Junior (in
    10  the county of Westchester), Katonah, Kentwood, Keuka,  Kirk,  Kitchawan,
    11  Little Wolf (in the county of Franklin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the
    12  county  of  Putnam), Meahagh, Mirror, MacGregor, Mahopac, Minerva, Mohe-
    13  gan, Nimham, Neatahwanta, Northville, Oceola, Oneida, Onondaga,  Oscale-
    14  ta,  Ossi,  Otisco,  Otsego,  Owasco,  Palmer,  Paradox,  Peach, Placid,
    15  Purdys, Putnam, Raquette, Rippowam, Ronkonkoma, Round, Sacandaga,  Sara-
    16  toga,  Schroon,  Secor,  Seneca,  Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the
    17  county of Wyoming), Sagamore,  Saranac,  Seven  Hills,  Sparkle,  Tibet,
    18  Tonetta,  Teakettle  Spout,  Truesdale, Waccabuc, West Caroga and Wixon,
    19  Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the Fulton chain of lakes;
    20    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
