TKACZYK -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government AN ACT to amend chapter 463 of the laws of 2000 relating to authorizing the village of Saugerties to lease the waterfront park land and convey a right of way to the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, Inc., in relation to authorizing such lease and conveyance to the Arm of the Sea Productions, Inc. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Section 1 of chapter 463 of the laws of 2000 relating to 2 authorizing the village of Saugerties to lease the waterfront park land 3 and convey a right of way to the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, Inc., is 4 amended to read as follows: 5 Section 1. Subject to the provisions of this act but notwithstanding 6 any provision of law to the contrary, the village of Saugerties, located 7 in the county of Ulster, is hereby authorized, acting by and through its 8 village board and upon such terms and conditions as determined by such 9 board, to lease for a period not to exceed twenty-five years the water- 10 front park lands which are more particularly described in section two of 11 this act, and to provide a right of way easement through park lands more 12 particularly described in section three of this act, to the [Hudson 13 River Sloop Clearwater, Inc.] ARM OF THE SEA PRODUCTIONS, INC. 14 S 2.
