          printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation

        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in  relation  to  adding  Chuctanunda
          creek to the definition of inland waterways

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
     2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 342 and 352 of the  laws  of
     3  2022, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in
     5  Erie  county,  Chittenango Creek, Bash Bish and Kinderhook Creek located
     6  in Columbia county, Kinderhook Creek located in Rensselaer county, Bash-
     7  er Kill, Bushkill, Cattaraugus, Cayadutta, Chuctanunda, Cincinnati, East
     8  Kill, Esopus  (including  upper  and  lower  branches),  Ferguson,  Fish
     9  (including east and west branches), Gooseberry, Great Valley, Kennyetto,
    10  Little Sandy, Moyer, Mud Creek located in Oneida county, Ninemile Creek,
    11  Onondaga,  Oriskany, Peekskill Hollow, Reall, Roeliff Jansen Kill, Rond-
    12  out, Sandy, Sauquoit, Schoharie, Shawangunk Kill, Six Mile Creek,  South
    13  Sandy,  Oatka,  Tonawanda,  West  Kill, Scajaquada, Wappinger, Webatuck,
    14  Wassaic, Willsey in the village of  Wurtsboro,  Wood  Creek  located  in
    15  Herkimer  county,  Wood  Creek  located  in  Oneida  county, Black Creek
    16  located in Monroe county, Black Creek located  in  Genesee  and  Wyoming
    17  counties, Ellicott Creek located in Erie county, Wynantskill, Claverack,
    18  Taghkanic,  Agawamuck,  Wyomanock,  and  Ley  Creek  and Butternut Creek
    19  located in Onondaga county, Nanticoke and Sawkill  (in  Ulster  county),
    20  Saw  Kill  and  Fall  Kill  located in Dutchess county, Otter Kill Creek
    21  located in Orange county, Black Meadow Creek located in Orange county;
    22    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
