Paragraph (f) of subdivision 17 of section 1005 of the 2 public authorities law, as added by chapter 477 of the laws of 2009 and 3 such subdivision as renumbered by section 16 of part CC of chapter 60 of 4 the laws of 2011, is amended to read as follows: 5 (f) The authority shall complete and submit a report, on or before 6 [January thirty-first, two thousand twelve, on those activities under- 7 taken pursuant to this subdivision to the governor, the speaker of the 8 assembly, the temporary president of the senate, the minority leader of 9 the senate, the minority leader of the assembly, the chair of the senate 10 finance committee, the chair of the assembly ways and means committee, 11 the chair of the assembly energy committee and the chair of the senate 12 energy committee.] JULY THIRTY-FIRST, TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN, DETAILING 13 BEST PRACTICES FOR ENERGY COST SAVINGS FOR SCHOOL DISTRICTS BASED ON 14 DATA OBTAINED THROUGH ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN PURSUANT TO THIS SUBDIVISION 15 TO THE GOVERNOR, THE SPEAKER OF THE ASSEMBLY, THE TEMPORARY PRESIDENT OF 16 THE SENATE, THE MINORITY LEADER OF THE SENATE, THE MINORITY LEADER OF 17 THE ASSEMBLY, THE CHAIR OF THE SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE, THE CHAIR OF 18 THE ASSEMBLY WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE, THE CHAIR OF THE ASSEMBLY ENERGY 19 COMMITTEE AND THE CHAIR OF THE SENATE ENERGY COMMITTEE. SUCH REPORT, AT 20 A MINIMUM, SHALL INCLUDE COST PROJECTIONS AND ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES FOR 21 THE PROVISION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES, CLEAN ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted.
