Summary

To amend sections 149.43, 3701.17, and 3727.99 and to enact sections 3707.11, 3707.111, 3727.80, and 3727.801 of the Revised Code to require prompt notification of an emergency medical services worker who has treated or transported a patient who is presumptively positive for a contagious or infectious disease and to declare an emergency.
