Bill Title: To provide that a property owner or a representative of a property owner who knowingly permits another person or persons to inhabit a property that the person knows to have been determined to be uninhabitable by a municipal, township, county, or state authority and the person or persons are killed as a proximate result of engaging in an activity that a reasonable person would engage in to alleviate the uninhabitable condition is guilty of negligent homicide.
