A BILL
To enact section 107.13 of the Revised Code to 1
require that the Governor's State of the State 2
Address be delivered on a week night at 7 p.m.3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 107.13 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 107.13.  The governor's communication on the condition 6
of the state to the general assembly that is required by Section 7 7
of Article III, Ohio Constitution, shall be presented orally on a 8
day of the week other than a Saturday or Sunday at 7 p.m.9
