A BILL
To enact section 5533.763 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of United States Route 20 in 2
Ridgefield Township and the Village of Monroeville 3
as the "Army Private Jason L. Sparks Memorial 4
Highway."5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.763 of the Revised Code be 6
enacted to read as follows:7

       Sec. 5533.763.  That portion of the road known as United 8
States route twenty, commencing at the boundary of Lyme and 9
Ridgefield townships in Huron county and extending in an easterly 10
direction through the village of Monroeville to the municipal 11
corporation of Norwalk, shall be known as the "Army Private Jason 12
L. Sparks Memorial Highway."13

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 14
along the highway indicating its name.15
