A BILL
To enact sections 5533.602 and 5533.603 of the 1
Revised Code to designate one bridge that is part 2
of State Route 821 near the village of Caldwell in 3
Noble County the "Sampson Harris Memorial Bridge" 4
and to designate another bridge located on that 5
state route, also near Caldwell, the "Freeman C. 6
Thompson Memorial Bridge."7


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.602 and 5533.603 of the Revised 8
Code be enacted to read as follows:9

       Sec. 5533.602.  The bridge that is part of state route number 10
eight hundred twenty-one, between mile marker number nine and mile 11
marker number ten at mile nine and fourteen-hundredths miles, near 12
the village of Caldwell in Noble county, shall be known as the 13
"Sampson Harris Memorial Bridge."14

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 15
upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.16

       Sec. 5533.603.  The bridge that is part of state route number 17
eight hundred twenty-one, between mile marker number eight and 18
mile marker number nine at mile eight and four-hundredths miles, 19
near the village of Caldwell in Noble county, shall be known as 20
the "Freeman C. Thompson Memorial Bridge."21

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 22
upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.23
