Summary

Changes date of primary election from third Tuesday in May to second Tuesday in March. Allows Secretary of State to change date of primary during presidential election years if date change results in primary election in Oregon being held on same date as primary election in two or more of enumerated states. Alters certain deadlines associated with primary election. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
