  On page 4 of the printed bill, line 13, after the period delete
the rest of the line and lines 14 through 18 and insert '
Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection, 'supervisory
employee' does not include:
  ' (a) A nurse, charge nurse or nurse holding a similar position
if that position has not traditionally been classified as
supervisory; or
  ' (b) A public employee prohibited from striking by ORS 243.736
who merely assigns, transfers or directs the work of other
employees but does not have the authority to impose economic
discipline on those employees.'.
