                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to higher education.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Prior to January 1, 2013, the State Board of
Higher Education shall submit a report to the Legislative
Assembly on the status of higher education in this state. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2011 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2013. + }
