Summary

An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in inchoate crimes, providing for the offense of participation in a criminal street gang; establishing the Criminal Street Gang Prevention Fund; and, in forfeitures, providing for the forfeiture of property associated with criminal street gang activity, for process and seizure and for the powers and duties of the Attorney General.
