PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES -- ORGANIZATION OF STATE EMPLOYEES - Requires that if state employee unions are engaged in contract negotiations and/or utilizing the dispute resolution process, all terms and conditions in the collective bargaining agreement shall continue to remain in effect.
