Provide That The State Department Of Education, With The Assistance Of Other Entities, Shall Survey Students Enrolled In The State's Colleges Of Education And Include Questions Inquiring As To Whether The Students Have Ever Considered Teaching In A Rural And Economically Challenged School District And What Incentives, If Any, Would Cause Them To Consider Working In Such A District.
