A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LEGISLATIVE AUDIT COUNCIL, SO AS TO DESIGNATE SECTIONS 2-15-10 THROUGH 2-15-120, CHAPTER 15, TITLE 2 AS ARTICLE 1; AND BY ADDING ARTICLE 3 TO CHAPTER 15, TITLE 2 SO AS TO ESTABLISH THE OFFICE OF PROGRAM POLICY ANALYSIS AND GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THIS OFFICE.
