Summary

Provide That A Bicyclist May Operate A Bicycle On A Sidewalk Where One Is Available And Does Not Have Access To A Bicycle Path Or Lane, To Provide That When Operating A Bicycle On A Sidewalk, The Bicyclist Must Yield To Pedestrians And To Provide That This Section Does Not Apply To Towns And Municipalities Located Along A Beachfront Or In High-tourist Areas.
