Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-20-42 So As To Provide That Each School District Must Attain Certain Average Pupil-teacher Ratios And May Not Allow A Teacher To Teach More Than One-hundred Fifty Students In One Semester To Qualify For Funding.
