Define Necessary Terms, Provide For Certain Human Trafficking Offenses And Provide Penalties, To Provide For Criminal Liability Of Business Entities, To Provide Restitution For Victims Of Human Trafficking Offenses, To Establish An Interagency Task Force To Develop And Implement A Plan For The Prevention Of Trafficking In Persons, To Allow Civil Actions By Victims Of Human Trafficking, To Provide Certain Protections For Victims Of Human Trafficking Pursuant To The Victims' Bill Of Rights And Other Relevant Statutory Provisions; And To Repeal Section 16-3-930 Relating To Trafficking In Persons For Forced Labor Or Services.
