Summary

As introduced, creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for any person to knowingly disturb any cemetery, burial ground, human remains, or burial object even if such person is the owner or occupier of the land on which the cemetery or burial ground is located unless a permit is first obtained from the county or municipality where the cemetery or burial ground is located. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 29; Title 39 and Title 46.
