Summary
As introduced, authorizes drug testing for reasonable cause of persons who receive public assistance benefits; authorizes termination of benefits of persons testing positive for controlled substances who do not enroll in a drug treatment program. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 12; Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 18 and Title 71.
