Summary
As introduced, requires a law enforcement officer to make efforts to contact a parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian when issuing a citation to a child in lieu of continuing to keep the child in custody; changes the evidentiary requirement for a supervising authority who petitions a court to intervene when a child has violated the terms or conditions of the judicial diversion. - Amends TCA Title 37.
