Summary

As enacted, provides 80 percent of the scheduled premium or defined contribution of the health insurance offered to retired state employees to a retired member of the Tennessee highway patrol who would not be eligible for such benefit based on the date the member was hired. - Amends TCA Section 8-27-205.
