Summary

As introduced, authorizes the Tennessee emergency medical services board to authorize five additional EMT/AEMT training centers operated by ambulance services licensed in this state if the board makes a specific finding that additional training centers are in the best interest of this state and approves the additional training centers by a two-thirds vote of the entire membership of the board. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 140.
