Summary

As introduced, clarifies that $25,000 homestead exemption for individuals with one or more minor children in such individual's custody applies whether or not such individual is the head of a family and only applies upon real property used by the individual and the minor children as a principal place of residence. - Amends TCA Title 26, Chapter 2, Part 3.
