Summary
As enacted, authorizes loans from the wastewater facility revolving loan fund for privately owned for-profit community wastewater treatment systems that are subject to state regulation and meet certain financial qualifications; expands the definition of local government under the Wastewater Facilities Act of 1987 to include a privately owned community wastewater treatment system subject to regulation by the Tennessee public utility commission, whether for-profit or not-for-profit. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 221, Part 10.
