Summary
As enacted, authorizes magistrates to require a defendant to wear a global positioning monitoring system as a condition of bail in any domestic violence, stalking, aggravated stalking, or especially aggravated stalking case or in any case in which the defendant is in violation of an order of protection; the defendant must pay for the use of such system if able. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 1; Section 39-17-315 and Title 40, Chapter 11, Part 1.
Title
