Summary

As introduced, requires persons committing domestic assault or against whom a permanent order of protection has been entered to be placed on a domestic abuse registry maintained by the TBI for a period of 10 years from the expiration of the order or sentence for the conviction. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6 and Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 1.
