Summary

As introduced, ensures that all full-time residents of nursing homes are entitled to vote by absentee ballot regardless of whether the county election commission conducts on site voting at the nursing home facility; reduces from 45 to 30 days the period after an election by which a county election commission in a computerized county must forward to the secretary of state the verified names of all voters who participated in the election. - Amends TCA Title 2.
