Summary

As introduced, requires the comptroller of the treasury to submit a report on the comptroller's study of TISA to determine effectiveness of state expenditures on K-12 education and any legislative recommendations to the general assembly, instead of only to the speakers of the senate and house of representatives and to the members of the education committee of the senate and the education administration committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 49.
