Summary

As introduced, rewrites the Eligibility Verification for Entitlements Act to include a professional or commercial license as a public benefit for purposes of the citizenship verification requirement; removes requirement that an applicant for a professional or commercial license must show that the applicant is either a United States citizen or authorized under federal law to work in the United States as verified by the SAVE program. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 58.
