As introduced, designates that 75 percent of all fines and fees collected as result of speeding ticket by municipality with a population of 5,000 or less on interstates within the territorial limits of such municipality shall be deposited into state's highway fund. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 3.
