Summary
As introduced, increases, from $50,000 to $100,000, the amount of the bond running to the state that every insurance company doing a workers' compensation business in this state must furnish to the commissioner of commerce and insurance; increases, from $100,000 to $200,000, the amount that such a company has on deposit with another state in which the company is organized and domiciled and from which a certificate of that state's commissioner of insurance may be accepted by the commissioner of commerce and insurance in lieu of the bond. - Amends TCA Title 12; Title 50 and Title 56.
