Summary

As introduced, prohibits a state or local contractor or grantee from, during the period between the execution of the contract or award of the grant through the completion of the contract or grant period, directly or indirectly making a contribution, or promising expressly or impliedly to make a contribution, to a political campaign committee or a candidate or person for a political purpose or use, or knowingly soliciting a contribution from any person on behalf of a political campaign committee or a candidate or person for a political purpose or use. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10.
