As introduced, extends, from January 15 to January 20, the date on which the fiscal review committee must provide a report to the general assembly on whether increases in the cost of living and changes in income for Tennessee residents are commensurate with the amount of fine deserved for the offense committed under the criminal sentencing reform act. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 35.
