Summary
As introduced, adds to the aspects of quality and outcomes in perinatal care about which the bureau of TennCare and the perinatal advisory committee must report to the general assembly on or before March 1 each year a description of any initiatives to implement evidence-based implicit bias programs for healthcare providers involved in perinatal care of patients at any participating hospital or other facility that provides perinatal care. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
